Built by a producer who spent years tracking down the people behind the story. See who lives where, what’s happening near them and what the news is covering, all on one map. Send a request with your production and what it’s for; their phone or email unlocks only if they accept.
Getting Pro for a team? Business includes 5 seats, and every license covers all your projects.
Find people with the job, the life or the experience your show needs, and see their footage before the first call.
Find the eyewitness, the person who was there, or the expert who films their own work.
Licensed a clip and want more? Ask the person who filmed it for an interview or the full story.
Why real names stay hidden. Everyone on Selfshot shows a public username, not their real name. You can’t find a creator elsewhere and cut them out, and nobody gets cold called by strangers. Every request goes through Selfshot: they see who’s asking, for which production and why, and they decide. Accept, and you get their details and real name.
